1st December One-Day Art Event at Ginza Gallery

Greek Artist Reinterprets Japanese Aesthetics. A one-day art event creating a space through light and shadow, sound by CANNON albos light & speaker and wearable art by MICHAIL GKINIS AOYAMA.

Fashion brand MICHAIL GKINIS AOYAMA (MGA), which communicates the appeal of Japanese fabrics through “wearable art” with the vision “For all people worldwide to freely express their “idiosyncrasy” and unleashe their  inner creativity. will collaborate with Canon’s spotlight-type aluminum speaker “albos Light & Speaker” to present a one-day-only art event at Gallery Ekhoan in Ginza. You can try MGA wearable art and also purchasing are possible.

 Wander through a space where light, shadow, and sound intertwine, dotted with albos Light & Speaker installations, and experience the swaying wearable art of MICHAIL GKINIS AOYAMA.
 
 ~DFA AWARD-winning Coat Stole Exhibition~
 We exhibit the Kimono Coat Stole [Registered Design], which won the Bronze Award at the global Design for ASIA AWARD 2025. This coat stole is unlike any other coat, transforming into multiple shapes with its five zippers. You can also try on and experience other wearable art pieces by MICHAIL GKINIS AOYAMA, such as the popular Plain Cornice Stole [Registered Design] and the Angel Stole.
    
 ~Demonstration~
 4:00 PM ~ and 7:30 PM ~ (20 minutes each)
 We will demonstrate the wearable art coat stole, winner of the DFA AWARD 2025.
 
 ~Photo Booth~
 With the theme [New Perspectives, Discovering a New You], our photo booth captures the moment you wear MGA’s wearable art, printed instantly with a Canon mini photo printer. Record your [Desired Future Self] to boost individuality and self-expression—a perfect way to close 2025 and kickstart 2026.
